  1. Handle and resolve the customer inquiries and complaints
  2. Identify issue and provide accuracy information to member
  3. Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondents’ emails/phones to/from member
  4. Ensure all inquiries, comments, complaints, and action taken are logged
  5. Take action and follow up the members on data upload issues, outdated account, duplicated account, late upload or no enquiry etc. for Consumer and Commercial
  6. Process customer requests/orders/changes/returns according to procedures and/or guidelines
  7. Identify the system issues of Bureau Stream and work with related unit/department to fulfill the gap
  8. Manage and maintain the pending of request
  9. Assist in development forms, guidelines or procedures for Customer Support Unit
  10. Conduct the refresher training to existing CBC members
  11. Weekly tracking on the unsolved issues
  12. Monthly report of the issue handling
  13. Other tasks assigned by supervisor

  1. Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Business, Finance or Management
  2. At least 1 year experiences with financial institutions
  3. Demonstrates the ability to be proactive & take the initiative to pay attention to detail
  4. Good oral and written communication skills in English
  5. Ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally
  6. Strong interpersonal skill, self-motivated, and be a team player
  7. Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality
  8. Ability to work under pressure with deadline
  9. Excellent knowledge of Ms. Office
