Review loan applications to study, analyze, evaluate repayment ability, and provide recommendations to the credit committee for review and decision.
Conduct careful analysis and evaluation to ensure credit quality in accordance with the institution's credit policy.
Review credit applications and verify through contact with customers (if necessary, visit the customer's location).
Review and monitor daily loan applications submitted to the credit committee to update the Unsecured Loan Performance Report.
Notify customers if their credit request is approved or rejected.
Send information about customer loan applications approved by the credit committee to the branch to issue loans to customers.
Regularly monitor and track customer requests submitted by the digital credit team through the Unsecured Loan Performance Report.
Monitor and track unsecured loan portfolios and vehicle loans. If there are any delays, report them to management and resolve them immediately.
Manage time efficiently in communicating, collecting loan supporting documents, studying and evaluating loans.
Others as assigned by the management.
Participate in training courses set by the institution, direct management, to develop themselves in line with the needs of the institution.
Provide knowledge, skills and training to subordinates or new employees to increase their capabilities and skills to perform their jobs more effectively.
Increase the evaluation of unsecured loans and vehicle loans to ensure credit quality in accordance with the institution's unsecured loan and vehicle loan policies.
Increase the portfolio of unsecured loans and vehicle loans with high quality and efficiency.
Ensure the quality of unsecured loans and vehicle loans of the institution.
Manage a loan portfolio of unsecured loans and vehicle loans with high quality and efficiency.
Manage time in credit assessment to be highly efficient.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Accounting or Banking and Finance or Business or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in the banking/microfinance sector, credit officer/chief credit officer/credit rating officer/credit analysis officer is encouraged.
Knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is encouraged.
Knowledge of using computers for work such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email, and Social Media is encouraged.
Knowledgeable in accounting, finance, marketing and other areas.
Skilled in credit analysis and evaluation.
Have communication skills.
Creative, initiative, self-directed, able to work flexibly according to circumstances.
Have the skills to research, organize, classify work, and solve problems effectively.
Skilled in communicating well with management and staff at all levels, time management, and ability to work in a team.
