Job Summary
Lead digital marketing initiatives for a growing logistics company in Phnom Penh. You will plan campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and drive qualified leads through digital channels, working closely with sales and management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO, and paid media.
● Plan content calendars and coordinate creative assets to support campaigns and brand messaging.
● Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize activities to improve reach, leads, and ROI.
● Manage online presence, website updates, and digital channels to ensure consistent brand visibility.
● Collaborate with sales and internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and market needs.
● Track competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in the logistics sector.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
● Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools.
● Ability to create campaign plans, review performance data, and make informed decisions.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
● Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience in logistics, transport, or B2B marketing is an advantage.
