We are looking for talented Directors, Script Editors, and Screenwriters who understand cinematic storytelling and want to create content for audiences in the United States and around the world.
What You'll Do
* Direct and oversee the creative vision of short drama productions.
* Develop, edit, and polish scripts with strong emotional impact.
* Collaborate with writers, producers, actors, and production crews.
* Shape compelling characters, dialogue, and story arcs.
* Bring Hollywood-level storytelling techniques into fast-paced digital productions.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop original story ideas.
We're Looking For
* A genuine passion for film and storytelling.
* Strong knowledge of Hollywood films, TV series, and screenplay structure.
* Experience in directing, script editing, screenwriting, or film production.
* Understanding of pacing, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Creative, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
* Fluent English is required. Chinese language skills are a plus.
