• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Perform network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN issues and connectivity Problems.
• Set up and manage VPNs and remote access solutions.
• Perform hardware installations, replacements, and repairs (servers, CCTV, networking devices).
• Respond to system alerts and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Ensure server & network uptime is higher than 98% and improve efficiency of the network
• Maintain IT equipment and software inventory.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions.
• Ensure that new system security patches, anti-virus file definition are loaded and up to date.
• Be Able to provide on-site support non-working hours
• Ensure that the IT knowledge is enhanced for better ideas in order to improve services to users.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the IT Manager.

Years of Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT networking.

Languages:

• Good English communication skills.

Education:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
• Experience in advance computer networking
• Advance skill on Structure Cabling, Cisco Core/Access Networking, Cisco Firewall, Wi-Fi system are necessary.

• Experience in IT support of software, hardware, networking management and network security

• Understanding of Windows Server, OS including AD, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
