  • Field Investigator Task:
  1. Customer visiting and investigation in order to analyze customer’s business for approval loan, financial factors and source of repayment.
  2. Prepare credit investigation report to management and make appointment with customer and the related people.
  3. Confirm and take the photo of house and business place of customer if need
  • Field Collector Task:
  1. Visit overdue customer/ Current Address/Work Place and Business Place.
  2. Make plan for visit customer to solve the late payment by customer.
  3. Take action and Legal action with customer who late payment with JMC.
  4. Reposes Asset and Collected bad debt.
  5. Home land visit and collected Bad Debt and solve the problem with customer and relative.
  6. Update collection reported in to JMC system.
  • Sales Consultant
  1. Maintains relationships with sales team by providing support, information, guidance and service improvements.
  2. Disburment loan to customer.
  3. Make good relationship with Dealer and provide good service to customer.
  4. Follow up Dealer every day for bill communication .
  5. Assist sales team to prepare internal documents (Loan Agreement, RC control and others).

  1. Bachelor Degree in finance and banking, management, business administration, or other related fields.
  2. At least two years working experiences
  3. Good at English proficiency (speaking, writing)
  4. Good at using computer, Microsoft Office and Email
  5. Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and problem solving skill
