Job Summary
Finance Manager role in a leading real estate development company, overseeing reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls. This position partners with project teams and stakeholders to support strong business decisions and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis.
● Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
● Analyze project costs, revenues, margins, and overall profitability.
● Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities.
● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls.
● Coordinate with auditors, banks, investors, and other external stakeholders.
● Support investment analysis, feasibility studies, and business planning.
● Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
● CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
● 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, ideally in real estate or property development.
● Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
● Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong leadership ability with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
