● Welcome residents and guests with professionalism, warmth, and prompt assistance.● Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.● Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.● Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and service issues.● Support community events, resident engagement, and hospitality-related activities.● Uphold company standards for service quality, presentation, and communication.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.● Previous experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or service-oriented roles.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.● Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-focused mindset.● Able to handle inquiries and complaints calmly, tactfully, and efficiently.● Good organizational skills and attention to detail.● Proficient in basic MS Office tools and comfortable using digital systems.● Able to work in Phnom Penh, Saensokh, and adapt to flexible schedules if required.
