• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in Treasury, FX, Structured Products or Capital Markets
• Proven leadership experience managing treasury product or capital markets teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
-FX and derivatives products, Structured investment products and Product onboarding and implementation
• Strong understanding of:
- FX markets and treasury products, Structured products and derivatives, Interest rate and hedging solutions and product governance and regulatory expectations.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
