  • Handle customer inquiries regarding technical details, installation guidance, and product usage (via phone, WeChat, or remote assistance).
  • Promptly identify the root causes of reported technical issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for internal computers, networks, printers, and showroom multimedia equipment.
  • Compile common technical issues into operational manuals or FAQs to support the sales and marketing teams.
