Role Overview

Axis Residences is seeking a confident, high-energy, and bubbly Leasing Executive to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and guests, you will be the face and voice of our premier residential community.

This role blends traditional leasing with modern digital channel management. If you love meeting new people, have a natural flair for sales, and know how to optimize online booking platforms to drive occupancy, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

1. OTA & Channel Management

• Manage and maintain property listings across major Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, Expedia).
• Create, implement, and track targeted promotions, seasonal discounts, and dynamic rate packages on OTA dashboards to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor daily inventory availability and ensure rates are synced accurately across all online booking channels.

2. Tenant Engagement & Viewings

• Warmly welcome prospective residents and guests, conducting engaging, enthusiastic property tours of Axis Residences.
• Highlight the unique features, high-end amenities, and lifestyle benefits of living in our community.
• Build genuine rapport with clients to understand their needs and match them with the perfect unit.

3. Leasing & Sales Operations

• Handle leasing inquiries via phone, email, OTA messaging systems, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
• Follow up actively with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed tenancies or short-term stays.
• Assist in negotiating lease terms and processing lease applications, renewals, and cancellations.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

• Prepare legal tenancy agreements and ensure all required documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate smooth check-in and check-out procedures for both long-term residents and short-term OTA guests.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure units are in pristine condition for viewing and handover.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with OTA backend platforms (e.g., Booking.com Extranet, Agoda YCS, Airbnb Host dashboard) is required.
• Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English is essential. Fluency in other languages is a distinct advantage.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred (e.g., hotel front desk, reservation management, guest relations, or premium customer service).
  • Experience in real estate leasing or digital sales is an advantage.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rostered schedule, which may include weekends during peak viewing hours.
