1.  Repair and Troubleshooting of Machinery (Corrective Maintenance)
- Resolve machinery breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and address the underlying causes of failures.
- Coordinate with the engineering team and production department to effectively resolve issues.

2.   Preventive Maintenance
- Inspect machinery condition according to the scheduled preventive maintenance plan.
- Replace spare parts and lubricants at specified intervals.
- Record inspection results in the CMMS system or relevant documentation.

3. Spare Part Management
- Inspect and monitor spare parts for machinery in the production line.
- Register new spare parts in the inventory system when a new spare part is introduced.

4. System Management
- Support ISO system implementation, including GMP, HACCP, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO22000, FSSC, TPM, and Halal, and integrate these standards into the department’s work processes
- Support the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system and apply it to the department’s work processes.

5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the department’s operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, and company activities.
- Assist in special projects or cross-functional tasks as needed.

- Vocational Certificate / Higher Vocational Certificate
- Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, and other related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Maintenance within the food & beverage production industry
