  • Planning and implementing new products and promotions of the Bank.
  • Analyzing and developing the sales performance, evaluating sales performance report.
  • Developing and researching products and launching new products into the market
  • Studying dealer classification and process peculiar that reflect the market trend.
  • Calculating and planning metering indicators for sales target activities
  • Reviewing the Delinquency Ratio of Financial Products and Developing Counter-measures for sales
  • Monitoring market trends and market information to identify potential areas for the development of new financial products and improving of existing products.
  • Managing and in charge of product pilot test or project launch evaluation for improvement
  • Working closely with relevant parties on the system implementation, other requirements, and tracking the progress
  • Planning and Monitoring of department budgets and other expenses.
  • Planning, preparing, and delivering training courses to relevant staff on products, procedures, and incentive schemes.
  • Reviewing and implementing manuals and guidelines to align the bank operations
  • Regularly report the progress of all projects that are under supervision, including the challenges and suggestions to be addressed to management.
  • Managing reports of dealer commission and agreement etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by the department head and management.

  • Skillful at using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Words)
  • Understanding of Capital & Finance structure
  • Fluent Communication skill for Business Meeting
  • Fluent English and Intermediate level of Korean
