Job Summary
A dynamic Marketing Supervisor role based in Phnom Penh, responsible for driving brand visibility, managing digital content, and supporting campaigns across online and offline channels. This position works closely with creative and sales teams to deliver engaging marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
● Review market trends and competitor activity to identify new marketing opportunities and ideas.
● Ensure all email, website, and campaign messaging aligns with the company’s brand identity.
● Manage the company website by publishing product updates and activity content regularly.
● Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns through social media and event marketing.
● Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal graphic content and marketing visuals.
● Review video content displayed on LED screens and coordinate schedules with the team.
● Support the sales team by presenting products to customers during selected occasions.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
● Proven experience in marketing, digital content, or brand promotion in a professional setting.
● Strong understanding of social media, website content management, and campaign planning.
● Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
● Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience with graphic content coordination, event support, or sales presentation is an advantage.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online marketing tools is preferred.
