•Drive sales volume and executing daily route plans for wholesaler and retailer visits, sales process and gathering required key market information effectively and efficiently.
•Prospecting and acquiring new retailers, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability as well as building partnership with wholesaler and retailers to ensure sustaining solid relationship.
• Execute in-retailers activities, monitor, and evaluate the standard of product visibility and placement of SKUs while providing consultation to retailers .
• Address and resolve key retailers’ problems and collaborate with relevant team for complaint handling

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economy, Logistics or related field.
•At least 2-3 years in sales & marketing.
•Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills including Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint.
