Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.).
Optimize product listings including descriptions, pricing, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor online sales performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and manage account health.
Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate restocking with the warehouse team.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in online retail or e-commerce sales management.
Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms and online sales tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.
