Assist in developing and executing user and driver acquisition strategies.
Plan and implement local marketing campaigns to increase app downloads, bookings, and driver sign-ups.
Support the onboarding and training of new drivers, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the platform.
Assist with driver engagement programs to improve driver retention and satisfaction.
Respond to rider and driver inquiries, addressing issues to ensure smooth ride-hailing experiences.
Collaborate with drivers to gather feedback and suggest improvements to service quality.
Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient rider-driver matching and ride completions.
Coordinate with the operations team to manage fleet availability, reduce downtime, and enhance ride coverage in key areas.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in operations, growth, or a related field, preferably in the ride hailing or transportation industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle dynamic work environments.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication skills, with basic in English and the local language (optional).
Experience in driver/rider management or customer service.
Problem-solving skills to address operational issues effectively.
Adaptability to the fast-paced nature of the ride-hailing industry.
