● Monitor telecom network quality, identify issues, and support timely resolution to maintain service reliability.● Coordinate installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at site and customer locations.● Support fault reporting, escalation, and follow-up with internal teams, vendors, and field engineers.● Carry out preventive maintenance and help ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance.● Prepare accurate service logs, maintenance records, and technical reports for operational tracking.● Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver professional, responsive support.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, or a related technical field.● Experience in telecom operations, field engineering, network maintenance, or technical support.● Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of hardware, systems, and service quality processes.● Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and maintenance procedures accurately.● Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills with a professional attitude.● Willingness to work in the field and respond to operational needs as required.● Knowledge of HSE-aware work practices and safety compliance is an advantage.
