• Drive sales performance, profitability, and overall business growth of the bank through proactive client engagement and portfolio management.
• Identify and develop business opportunities within commercial, corporate, and institutional segments, including generating referrals to senior management where appropriate.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s full suite of products and services, including lending, deposits, fee-based services, and digital banking solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, including loan growth, deposit mobilization, and fee income generation.
• Expand and strengthen the client base through networking, referrals, strategic follow-ups, and targeted prospecting activities (including cold calling).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide professional advisory support to clients on banking products and services, facilitating smooth application processes.
• Collect, verify, and prepare all required documentation for credit and deposit applications, ensuring timely deal execution in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise Sales & Marketing Associates when assigned, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance standards.
• Prepare credit applications (CA) and manage turnaround time efficiently to support timely approvals.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance, and prepare regular performance reports and business updates.
• Support the development and execution of branch and bank-wide business strategies, including marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and roadshows.
• Lead and actively participate in business development, marketing, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
