Responsible for individual sale targets by complying with bank policies and procedures and loan delinquency management.

• Analyze customer qualifications and process loan applications for submission including write-up, preparing, and verifying other supporting documents.
• Sale bank products and services set by management.
• Maintain existing and onboard new customers that align with their personal financial needs.
• Govern loan renewal process including tracking of renewal schedule and conducting annual review process of existing approved facilities as per lending guidelines.
• Tracking PAR performance with action to follow up as per recovery guidelines and initiate ideas to settle.
• Prospects new clients and interview them for loan application.
• Conduct loan appraisal collect detailed information and arrange to open a new loan account.
• Analyze and interpret the financial statements of the business to assess the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
• Ensure full compliance with Prince Bank’s lending policies & procedures.
• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

• Bachelor's degree in business or credit-related.
• Diploma in English
• Other languages are a plus.

• Min. 2 years of experience in credit proposal in commercial banks.

• Financial products sale experience.

• Basic understanding of SME or Corporate customers with assessment skills of credit risk.
