• Design and Execute sale planning to growth the sales on the markets• Find and approach customer both direct and indirect sales.• Bring and accompany customer to visit the project.• Ensure the customer are well known about the company product.• Build good relation with both new and existing customer.• Daily cold call to customer.• Response on replying customer’s questions in company’s pages.• Produce the video to promote sales on the marketing.• Support to close deal of company project One Staff One Sales.• Support to close deal of agency for any sales referral.• Generate enquires from clients with regular follow up.• Maintain record of daily enquiry & prospective clients.• Showcase company profile to client through presentation & meeting.• Prepare the daily and monthly sale report for management.• Support on project photos update on every weekend.• Another task will be assigned by direct superior or manager.

•At least 1 or 2 years in real estate field•Experience in Sales (Condominium, House, Villa, and Land Plot)•Be able to speak and written in English Language•MS Office & Email•Social Media
