Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow modern trade accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and improve in-store execution across Battambang. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to build a career in FMCG sales.

Key Responsibilities
● Support modern trade sales activities to achieve targets and drive business growth.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail account customers.
● Monitor in-store execution, promotions, stock levels, and product visibility.
● Coordinate with merchandising and supply teams to ensure smooth replenishment.
● Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement actions.
● Support team coaching to improve execution and customer handling skills.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Entry-level sales experience; FMCG or modern trade exposure is an advantage.
● Strong understanding of retail operations, key accounts, and trade execution.
● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to analyze sales data and prepare clear performance reports.
● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Willing to work in Battambang and travel as needed.
