Lead and manage the Spare Parts Sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and increase market share.
Build and strengthen partnerships with workshops, dealers, and B2B customers.
Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, accounts receivable (AR), and inventory to ensure effective business control.
Set sales plans, forecasts, and monitor achievement against targets.
Implement promotional activities, pricing strategies, and incentive programs.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Warehouse, Aftersales, etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to the sales team.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit control procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in automotive spare parts or B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop partnerships with workshops, dealers, fleet customers, and other B2B customers.
Drive market expansion and increase the customer base in new areas.
Monitor sales performance, accounts receivable (AR), and inventory to ensure business efficiency.
Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and incentive programs.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and credit control regulations.
