• Develop, prepare, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets• Identify, prospect, and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities• Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities• Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute business strategies• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and partners• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers and partners• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders• Provide regular reports on business development performance and market insights to management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing• Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities• Proficient in Microsoft Office
