  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven sales management experience in the automotive is plus.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent skills in developing and executing sales and budget strategies.
  • Deep understanding of loan products, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for team, customers, and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve operational and customer issues.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting market trends.
  • Proven ability to build strong, effective external business connections
