  • Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs, monitoring customer profiles, and analyzing key information to identify sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver premium customer service by maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent support.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Execute daily sales activities and initiatives to meet assigned KPIs.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Managing Director.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team leader or managerial position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with local teams and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
