Job Summary
The Senior Business Development is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and expanding the company's customer portfolio. This role focuses on generating revenue through consultative sales, strategic partnerships, and long-term client relationship management while representing Mangrove Studio's services professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and land major corporate or enterprise-level clients.
Build and manage high-performing paid media campaigns (PPC, Social Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
Design and implement automated email marketing workflows and lead-nurturing sequences.
Build and present advanced, customized pitches to high-value executive prospects.
Design and execute upselling strategies for current accounts.
Nurture strategic enterprise relationships and long-term business partnerships.
Mentor junior sales team members on pitch styles and outreach frameworks.
Analyze industry trends to find untapped client markets for Mangrove studio growth.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, B2B Sales, Account Management, or Corporate Sales.
Experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, technology company, media company, or related industry is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of marketing, business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to identify client needs and provide effective business solutions.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Professional communication skills with decision-makers and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing network within corporate or enterprise sectors is an advantage.
Experience in digital marketing, branding, creative services, or software solutions is a plus.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
