Job SummarySenior Finance Executive for a real estate development company in Phnom Penh. This role supports financial reporting, cash flow control, project tracking, and compliance while partnering with management to guide sound business decisions.Key Responsibilities● Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.● Monitor cash flow, project expenditures, and overall financial performance.● Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.● Support property sales transactions, collections, and payment tracking.● Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and key external stakeholders.● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.● Assist management with financial analysis, insights, and decision-making.● Supervise and support junior finance team members.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.● 4–6 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in real estate.● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow management.● Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.● Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.
