A Great Opportunity for ...

Lead an assigned service, policy domain, Governance workstream or monitoring portfolio.
Draft and maintain policies, standards, procedures, templates, control requirements and guidance.
Perform complex Governance, risk, compliance, gap, control, evidence, and root-cause analysis.
Plan and execute risk-based reviews of IT practices, document findings and agree corrective actions with owners.
Review Officer work, verify evidence, provide feedback, and ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare dashboards, committee papers, decision briefs, issue summaries and regulatory evidence packs.
Coach Officers, deliver knowledge sharing and maintain relevant procedures and reference materials.
Lead assigned projects, policy consultations, issue resolution and improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
Escalate material exceptions, disputes, delays, and risks outside delegated authority.
Perform other tasks as required by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, information systems, risk, audit, or related field.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT Governance, technology risk, compliance, audit, policy, service management, project Governance or cybersecurity.
Experience performing assessments, writing policies, and presenting findings is required.
Professional qualifications: CISA, CRISC, COBIT, ITIL, ISO/IEC 27001, PMP or equivalent certification is desirable.
Policy, standard and procedure writing.
Technology risk and control assessment.
Evidence evaluation and professional skepticism.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Quality review and coaching.
Project and stakeholder management.
Good at English speaking, writing and listening.
High level of professionalism and discretion, responsibility, accountability, and commitment.
Good personal characteristic, including soft, friendly and good communication skills and ability to work in a team spirit.
Willingness frequently to travel to the wide branch network offices.
