- Research Real Estate Price and analysis

- Update real estate information

- Negotiate price with real estate owner

- Assist the whole process of signing contract

- Translate from Khmer to English

- Closely working with agency/broker for buy/sale real estate

- Research and update price list of real estate

- Maintenance the properties

- Online and off-line marketing of real estate

- Priority to fresh graduate and English speaking

- Age between 20-35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related fields.
- Experience with Real estate Company is preferable.
- Real estate experience & Knowledge
- Good writing & speaking in English and Khmer.
- Good negotiation and Communication skills.
- Good Real estate research and analysis skills.
- Honesty
- Have computer knowledge, Microsoft word and excel
- Ability to write report
- Able to work under pressure and hard condition
- Good inter-personnel skills
- Can Driver car and motor
