• Monthly Tax Filing- Save documents: invoices, bills, payroll, and bank statements from clients (WeChat/Telegram)- Verify documents- Guide Assistant/Intern to filling Tax Excel format & Tax E-filling- Checking Tax excel & Tax E-filling- Final document to AE department• Annual Tax Filing- Prepare documents for TOI & ACAR: financial reports, Company profile…- Guide Assistant/Intern to filling Tax & ACAR Excel format & Tax & ACAR E-filling (some part)- Prepare ToI & ACAR- Submit Final documents to AE department• Bookkeeping- Record transactions from Tax return: income, expenses, salaries, fixed assets, etc.- Guide Assistant/Intern to bookkeeping (Excel & QuickBooks)- Analysis & Crosscheck the date in QB- Print finance report to AE department• Tax Law Updates Monitoring- Keep track of new regulations, announcements, and guidelines from GDT- Summarize and share updates with the team• Audit- Support tax audit procedures and document reviews- Working filed (client’s company)- Manage document for Tax officer- Meeting & guide to Clients• Other Task- Patent Calculation- Meeting & deal with clients- Other task assign by management
