  • Collaborate with management team, related departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
  • Design and collaborate with other team about algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
  • Produce efficient and elegant code based on requirements.
  • Test and deploy programs and applications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
  • Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance.
  • Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
  • Modify software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces.
  • Direct system testing and validation procedures.
  • Consult with departments or customers on project status and proposals.
  • Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs.
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Assist HR and General Affairs with Excel formulas and other documents.
  • Performs other tasks assigned by manager or managements.
  • Submission within the deadline and working on time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience or more.
  • Preference given to Burmese nationals
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with software development tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
  • Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks.
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Knowledge of the software development life-cycle.
  • Full-stack development understanding.
  • Language ability fluent in Khmer, can use English for communication.
  • Willing to learn new things, improve knowledge and continue learning.
  • Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and work well in a team.
  • Working hours: 198 hours/month
  • Days off: 2 days off plus Public Holidays
  • Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
  • Pay change: Twice a year (January and July)
