 Assist the Chef in food preparation and cooking.
 Prepare and portion ingredients (mise en place).
 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
 Follow recipes and kitchen standards to ensure consistent quality.
 Support the kitchen team during service.
 Respect food safety and hygiene procedures (HACCP).

 Passion for cooking and interest in French and international cuisine.
 Hardworking, reliable and able to work in a team.

 Able to work under pressure during busy hours.
