• Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment.• Keep the kitchen and work areas clean, organized, and safe.• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks when required.• Handle waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards.• Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are properly stored and maintained.• Support the team during busy service hours with flexibility and cooperation.• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
