Report To: Warehouse Superior / Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking for responsible and detail oriented stock controller to manage inventory accuracy, monitor stock movement, coordinate stock receiving and issuing, and support warehouse operations to minimize discrepancies.
Job Description (JD):
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1.     Monitor daily stock movement including receiving, issuing, transfer, and return of goods (If any).
2.     Maintain accurate inventory records and physical warehouse.
3.     Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
4.     Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams regarding to stock availability.
5.     Ensure FIFO stock rotation practice is followed properly.
6.     Prepare inventory reports for management review.
7.     Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete stock.
8.     Verify incoming and outgoing stock documents such as delivery notes, receiving notes and invoices update on time.
9.     Support stock planning to avoid overstock and out-of-stock situations.
10.  Coordinate with suppliers or transporters when stock delivery issues occur.
11.  Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and safety standards.
12.  Able to work with teams.

Qualifications & Skils
1.     Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2.     Minimum1-2 years of Stock control experience.
3.     Experience in trading, FMCG, food packaging, or warehouse environment an advantage.
4.     Computer literacy (MS Office, Advance excel).
5.     Accountant software QB is a plus
6.     Good command of Khmer and English, Japanese is a plus.
