Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions and data pipelines using Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Data Factory. This involves architecting intelligent workflows and scalable backend systems to ensure the seamless and efficient flow of data.

Internal Tool and Reporting Enhancement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal tools, applications, and integration systems. Support the creation of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to provide actionable insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making.

Uphold data governance standards by ensuring the accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance of all technical solutions. Apply industry best practices to protect sensitive information and align systems with internal policies and standards specific to the life insurance sector.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Actuarial, and Distribution, to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Effectively communicate project progress, potential risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Proven experience with Azure services in data analysis and reporting, preferably in the lifeinsurance industry

Strong analytical skills with expertise in advanced data analysis
techniques such as statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive
modeling.

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or other relevant programming languages.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.

Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead or support operational transformation projects
