1. Mall Daily Operations

• Supervise daily opening, operating, and closing procedures of the mall
• Ensure cleanliness, lighting, air‑conditioning, restrooms, parking areas, and public spaces meet company standards
• Conduct routine patrols to monitor overall mall condition and operations
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and supervise operational staff (cleaning, security coordination, customer service, technicians)
• Allocate daily tasks and work schedules to team members
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, performance, and discipline
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on‑the‑job training to improve service quality

3. Tenant & Customer Support

• Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding operational matters
• Coordinate tenant issues such as utilities, access, cleanliness, and common area usage
• Assist tenants during shop opening, promotions, and mall events
• Handle customer complaints and incidents professionally and escalate when required

4. Facilities & Maintenance Coordination

• Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities and report defects
• Coordinate minor maintenance works and follow up with Engineering teams
• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues affecting operations
• Maintain operational readiness of public equipment and utilities

5. Event & Promotional Support

• Support mall events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Coordinate set‑up and dismantling with tenants and vendors
• Ensure safe operations, cleanliness, and smooth customer flow during events

6. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare daily operational checklists and basic reports
• Report operational issues, risks, and improvements to management
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and mall stakeholders

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 years of experience in mall operations, retail operations, or property management
• At least 1 years in a supervisory or team leader role
