Sales & Account Management

• Identify new wholesale buyers, retail outlets, and corporate clients in Phnom Penh.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale distributors and provincial dealers.
• Present product catalogs, new stationery arrivals, and bulk promotions to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and payment terms within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly wholesale sales targets set by management.

Order & Logistics Coordination

• Process bulk orders accurately from the Preah Monivong Blvd HQ.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels to fulfill large wholesale orders without delays.
• Handle client returns, product exchanges, or delivery discrepancies professionally.

Market Intelligence & Debt Collection

• Track competitor pricing, stationery trends, and market demands in Cambodia.
• Gather feedback from wholesale clients to improve product offerings.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and client database updates.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in wholesale sales, B2B account management, or FMCG sales in Cambodia.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Phnom Penh's retail geography and major commercial districts.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, local market communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is critical for pricing sheets) and basic POS/inventory software.
• Attributes: High energy, goal-oriented, and fully committed to the Monday–Saturday schedule.
