• Achieve set sales goals with agreed budget.• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.• Identify Customer needs and recommend suitable product.• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly.• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, or digital payments)• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.• Selling goods in smaller quantities to retailers and handling order fulfillment• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally• Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
