1. Customer Service

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions
• Provide friendly and helpful service

2. Sales Support

• Support the team in achieving daily sales targets

3. Merchandising & Display

• Arrange and restock products on shelves
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, and attractive
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines                                                                                                                                                   

4. Store Operations

• Support daily store activities and operations
• Assist in opening and closing tasks
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization                                                                                                                                        

5. Inventory Handling

• Help in receiving and checking stock
• Monitor product availability and report shortages
• Assist with stock counting and replenishment                                                                                                                               

6. Learning & Development

• Participate in training programs and development activities
• Learn company policies, retail operations, and product knowledge
• Develop skills in sales, communication, and teamwork

• Strong interest in retail and sales
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
