Ensure guests receive exceptional service and smooth travel experiences throughout their journey. Communicate with guests online regarding tour programs, travel arrangements, and service-related inquiries. Coordinate with hotels, guides, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure service quality. Monitor and maintain company service standards during tours and site visits. Build strong relationships with guests and destination partners. Prepare service inspection and guest feedback reports with recommendations for improvement. Assist in enhancing guest experiences and developing new travel experiences/products. Provide on-site support for VIP guests or special travel arrangements when required. Other tasks assigned by manager.
