Assist in designing, enhancing, and launching new retail products and services; Support preparation of business cases, proposals, and product documentation; Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor benchmarking; Coordinate with internal teams for product testing, approval, and rollout; Track and analyze performance of existing products (portfolio, profitability, uptake); Prepare product reports, dashboards, and presentations for management; Provide recommendations for improvements in pricing, features, or processes; Support promotional campaigns and cross-selling initiatives; Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Identify potential operational or compliance risks in product processes; Support product audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions; Good and close relationships with Amret staff in provinces and branches and with other external organizations as such as partners to ensure they are well cooperation on sales target; Collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams of marketing, business operations, sales, customer services and channel delivery team to deliver on targets.
Provide legal update and advice management accordingly to ensure Amret's corporate structures are legally complied with the relevant laws and regulations; Undertake and handling the corporate licensing formalities, payment of annual license fee and submission of annual declaration and other notification to various ministries and government departments as required to formalise and authenticate corporate structural changes; Acting as a key point of contact in leasing with the regulators, relevant local authorities (such as NBC and MOC, etc…) and internal relevant department to ensure all company statutory records are timely and properly submitted; Draft, prepare, review and participate in the negotiation process in all contracts or agreements (especially in the facility or loan contract) or any other legal documents where Amret is a party to; Provide legal advices to all departments on contracts, lending transaction & loan documentations, contractual issues and its related regulations or legal provisions; Assist legal manager in providing legal update and assess legal implications to ensure Amret’s business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws and regulations; Provide commercial staff and relevant staff with training on legal and regulatory topics in order for them to keep abreast of regulatory issues and to enhance individual ownership of risk; Undertake legal research on different information to make sure that Amret is acting in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations; Provide legal updates and memo accordingly in order to ensure that Amret is legally complied with the relevant law’s regulations; Undertake other duties as may be assigned and required by the line manager from time to time; Others tasks assign by management.
- Assist the Manager in developing and updating AML policy, procedure and guidelines to make sure those tools are working properly and compliant with AML/CFT requirements/law/prakas/regulations; - Assist in develop/update training material and provide and/or refresh training and coaching on AML/CFT policy and procedure so that they are properly understood and applied by all operators; - Update the AML/CFT blacklist and cross-check the names of new and existing clients against the blacklist; - Update high-risk businesses/occupations and countries listed by UN, EU, OFAC and other sources to all staff; - Review AML/CFT and implement know-your-customer (KYC) due diligence practices to make sure correspondent banks are not exposed to the threat of money laundering and terrorist financing; - Achieve accurate and timely reporting to NBC’s Financial Intelligence Unit (blacklisted individuals, suspicious and large cash transactions) towards monitoring and addressing AML/CFT non-compliance risk; - Timely respond to regulatory request regard to Deika, Court Case and account information; - Review and monitor on customer due diligence including name screening and risk profiling; - Review and investigate on customer transaction triggered through transaction alert monitoring system; - Attend ad-hoc tasks requested by business department and update the status to manager on critical point regarding ML/FT risk or compliant risks; - Undertake other duties assigned by manager from time to time; - Other AML/CFT projects required by CAFIU and other competent authorities.
Business Analysis: - Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements; - Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow and in-house tools; - Prepare user stories, workflows, and technical requirements documents; - Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet user needs; - Lead or support Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint reviews. Quality Assurance ; - Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for new features and bug fixes; - Perform system testing, regression testing, and coordinate UAT sessions; - Track and document defects, ensuring timely resolution by developers. System Support: - Serve as first/second-level support for ServiceNow and in-house systems, resolving user issues; - Troubleshoot integration and performance issues. Perform routine platform administration and user access control; - Monitor and optimize system health and performance; - Collaborate with vendors or internal developers for enhancement and maintenance work.
- Responsible for translation business requirements to technical documents in accordance with agreed templates; - Manage all configurations and developments in the Core Banking System; - Conduct a fully tests to ensure the correctness before delivering to system integration test; - Ensure high quality and timely delivery of multiple configurations/developments in accordance with related project plans with a team; - Assist Manager of Core Banking System in maintaining, optimizing, updating, and documenting all aspects of core configuration/development and third party interface; - Working with BA and data teams to enhance end user experience and client insights; - Responsible to make sure the long-term solutions are provided within the SLA on the Core Banking System; - Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of core development and related interfaces through innovative and improved software development; - Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO and standards.
To supervise team members in gathering both financial and non-financial data for reporting purposes; To prepare reports to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness before managerial review; To prepare NBC reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with the NBC regulations and guidelines; To update NBC reports/other reports following the update regulations, guidelines or new requirements; To train/coach other relevant team members on reporting process and relevant report guidelines; To implement Amret’s high-performance culture and robust risk and control culture to achieving high quality result as well as managing risks.
- Translate business requirements to technical documents in accordance with agreed templates; - Take ownership and ensure high quality and timely delivery of multiple configuration, customization and developments in accordance with related development plans; - Participate in project implementation assigns by Manager; - Test software to ensure the code is correct, fixing ('debugging') errors where they occur, and rerunning and rechecking the program until it produces the correct results; - Recommend improvements to existing frontend development and business processes in order to meet requirements; - Develop all frontend including mobile and web in conformance with development standards; - Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to ensure the work before moving to user acceptance test; - Participate in the design and planning of projects in conjunction with the external partners, other IT, and business users; - Responsible to make sure the long-term solutions are provided within the SLA on the Enterprise Service Bus and Integration Systems; - Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO & SDLC standards., sales, customer services and channel delivery team to deliver on targets.
Design and launch new corporate banking products (loans, trade finance, treasury, cash management, payments); Oversee the full product lifecycle: concept, business case, implementation, monitoring, and review; Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify product opportunities; Define product value propositions, pricing, features, and target segments; prepare business cases and feasibility studies for approval; Manage and enhance existing products to ensure profitability, relevance, and customer satisfaction; monitor P&L, pricing models, margins, and fee income; Review product performance and recommend actions to meet financial and strategic targets; set and track KPIs for product uptake, volumes, and revenue; Coordinate product campaigns and cross-selling initiatives; support Relationship Managers on acquisition and retention; Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies; identify risks and implement mitigation measures; Work with relevance stakeholders to deliver corporate product solutions; Provide product knowledge, guidance, and training to internal teams; Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Answer to customer enquiries via e-mail, telegram, & Facebook, website; - To assist customer & handle customer complains by providing friendliness & responsive customer service on the phone or e-mail to customers to make sure all complains and issues are solved properly; - To facilitate & support to bank, MFI and PSI all related to inter-bank transaction including payment, transfers, and withdrawals via platforms like ATM, Mobile Banking; - To collect feedback/suggestion from customer related to products policies and procedures or refer to appropriate team to respond in a timely to ensure customer satisfaction; - Outbound calls to customers who request through email, website and Mobile Banking; - To ensure all customer inquiry and call information is recorded and readily available for future use.
