Manage the full accounting function: general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with Cambodian Accounting Standards (CAS) / CIFRS and, where applicable, IFRS for Group consolidation purposes. Own regulatory financial reporting obligations, including submissions to the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) and other relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and on-time filing. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for entity management and the Group CFO's office. Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with Group-wide finance governance standards. Coordinate the annual external audit process, acting as primary liaison with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators on finance matters. Manage day-to-day cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital for the entity, escalating treasury or liquidity matters to Group Finance as needed. Support the CEO and Group CFO's office with ad hoc financial analysis, board papers, and business case development for new initiatives. Supervise, train, and develop the entity's accounting and finance team, building bench strength and succession readiness. Ensure tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT/WHT, and other applicable filings) in coordination with tax advisors and Group Finance.
Own the Group's consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury/liquidity management across all portfolio companies. Act as principal financial advisor to the Chairman and Board, preparing Board-ready financial analysis, capital allocation recommendations, and investment committee papers. Set Group-wide finance policies, internal controls, and chart of accounts standards, and oversee their consistent application across banking, MFI, trust and payments entities. Direct capital raising, banking relationships, credit facilities, and investor/shareholder reporting Guide financial due diligence, valuation, and structuring for new investments, acquisitions, or subsidiary restructurings. Supervise and mentor Heads of Finance & Accounting across portfolio companies, ensuring alignment on reporting calendars, IFRS/local GAAP application, and audit readiness. Oversee Group-wide risk management frameworks, including credit risk, liquidity risk, FX exposure Partner with the Chairman's Office on strategic initiatives, board papers, and cross-entity governance matters.

I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: responsible for managing and responding to all system-related requests from all entities including the Asian Business Group. This role is to ensure that systems operate smoothly and effectively in line with business product requirements, established guidelines, and procedures. I. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Senior Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient hybrid cloud environments that span on-premises data centers and public cloud platforms. This role ensures seamless integration, scalability, security, operational continuity, supports automation, and drives best practices in cloud architecture, monitoring, and disaster recovery. II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS and Azure platforms. Automate cloud provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization using Infrastructure-as-Code and cloud-native tools. Integrate and enforce cloud-native security controls, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption standards, and key management systems. Configure and manage advanced network routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS, alongside firewalls and load balancers to ensure optimal traffic flow and security. Lead the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on virtualized environments, backup solutions, and enterprise-grade storage systems, in consultation with the line manager. Design and manage robust enterprise network architectures, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and SD-WAN technologies. Develop and test comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure system resilience and data integrity. Maintain operational guidelines and procedures for the support and maintenance of virtual infrastructure, ensuring consistent performance and timely issue resolution. Ensure effective network segmentation, IP address management (IPAM), and reliable DNS/DHCP services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date infrastructure documentation, including system architecture diagrams, to support cross-functional clarity and collaboration. Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and scalability across hybrid environments. Create structured handover checklists and operational runbooks to support seamless transitions and standardized operations. Maintain audit-ready documentation to support compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
