BRIDGE Bank is a sister company of the WorldBridge Group that started its operations in November 2014 and received its license as a Commercial Bank from the National Bank of Cambodia in 2022, under the principal shared shareholders of Oxley Holdings from Singapore and the WorldBridge Group in Cambodia.

Daily real time transaction authorization monitoring for digital and e-banking services Ensure a proper fraud case escalation to respective team for their further action. Daily monitoring multiple devices login for retail banking and corporation then take necessary action to stop the suspicious logic and liaise with contact center for verification and validation. From time to time detect the suspicious fraudulent transaction for digital and e-banking services. Perform daily authorization post review to identify and detect any abnormal and suspicious transaction behavior.
Establish a business strategy for attracting high net-worth customers. Execute customer acquisition strategy to grow large number of profitable customers bases. Work with Product Development and Marketing Department to build value proposition of Premier Banking from time to time. Acquire & maintain an attractive portfolio of Premier customers. Manage premier customer relationships to increase share of wallet. Provide financial planning advice to Premier customers. Run Premier campaign/activities to increase membership & sales. Work towards achieving the target set by Head, Retail Banking. Provide 1-stop financial advice to Premier customers. Staff coaching.

Drive sales number for all related products. Grow portfolio of retail banking customers through building strong relationships with prospects and networking; Branch Front Office Operations (e.g. Customer services; CBS functions; Cash Management; SST operations); Responsible for the Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the Branch; Work closely with related HO departments for Back Office Operations (e.g. Cheque Clearing; Credit operations (CAD); GL Balancing & Reporting; ATM operations); Develop strategies to track and analyze business activities to anticipate future needs and propose recommendations; Uphold the Bank branding & image through ensuring positive customer experience; Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations; General Administration (e.g. Security of the premises; User ID maintenance; Policies & Procedures); Advise and provide solutions to internal and external customers on operational matters; Ensure prompt delivery of services to customers; Responsible for cost effectiveness of the branch; Ensure effective utilization of manpower; Work closely with Products and Marketing Department to ensure retail product offerings are continuously aligned with market needs; Other tasks as assigned.
Acquire new-to-bank borrowing customers and cross-selling other products for the retail banking segment. Grow retail loan customer base through proactive sales and service. Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building. Grow retail loan portfolio and fee income base through building strong and meaningful relationships with prospects and clients and networking. Engage prospects and clients with a mindset of developing and growing with clients. Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking and wealth management solutions. Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence. Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction. Constitute ideas and suggestions for improvement and success. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets. Another task/project as assigned.
