• To propose 3 years business plan & a pragmatic yearly actions plan • To set up prospect database • To set up sales process for a mass market approach • To decide on local range of service & launch customization of generic services • Decide on & launch local customized commercial tools • To meet large clients and manage the relationship with them • To launch marketing operations to the mass market • To organize seminars, conferences, participation to important exhibitions • To set up agreements with local partners • Define the pricing policy • To set up the organization, in particular the back office & the relationship with production people • Co-ordinate actions to clients with BV Network • Disseminate sales competences to local BV people in order to speed up the development • To set up all necessary procedures for a good & safe running of the business • To be responsible of the achievement of the Cambodia target fixed by the CE
