Develop and maintain CAB Bank’s Android Projects. Development of native Android application using Swift Work closely with other developers, UI/UX designer and IT team for the development of Android platform. Analyst and optimize code for the efficiency and performance. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Work on bug fixing and improving of mobile app. Perform unit testing on Android application. Write code with a clean and maintenance codes according to best practices. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
The administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. Develops new deposit and loan business, provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation, achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision, delegates day to day operations to the Operations Officer or other branch personnel. Responsible for attaining established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management and officer. Participates in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Process loan disbursement in accordance with loan disbursement time frame to keep customers satisfied with such fast and convenient customer service; Complete the sign off transactions ensuring all credit, legal, property, KYC checklist and initial drawdown matters are satisfied; Arrange credit file for approval & authorization of disbursement prior to creation of Collateral and Loan Account in Core Banking System for centralized disbursement; Ensure regular updating in the system of various credit-related data to aid in decision-making; Ensure processed documents pertaining to individual loans are timely transferred to the Loan Administration for safe keeping; Ensure quality customer service both internally and externally; Perform other task assigned by line manager.
