1. Electrical System Management Maintain factory electrical distribution systems Monitor transformers, switchgear, distribution boards, and electrical panels. Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production areas. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Monitor electricity consumption. Analyze monthly energy usage. Recommend energy-saving initiatives. Improve power factor and electrical efficiency. Support sustainability and carbon reduction programs 2. Equipment Maintenance Maintain electrical components of:Cutting machines Air Compressors Air conditioning systems Fire Pumps system Lighting systems Diagnose and repair electrical faults. 3. Preventive Maintenance Develop annual preventive maintenance schedules. Perform routine inspections and testing. Maintain maintenance records and history. Reduce machine downtime. 4. Safety Management Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations. Conduct electrical risk assessments. Investigate electrical incidents. Ensure emergency generators and UPS systems are operational. Support fire prevention systems. National Electrical Code Factory safety standards Fire safety requirements Customer compliance requirements Experience with PLCs, VFDs, generators, compressors, and electrical protection systems.
