Review, assess, and provide recommendations on portfolio credit guarantee applications and wholesale credit guarantee applications submitted by PFI. Review and provide recommendations on the credit terms and conditions of all types of portfolio credit guarantee and wholesale credit guarantee schemes launched by CGCC. Review, assess, and provide recommendations on requests for amendments to the terms and conditions of portfolio credit guarantees and wholesale credit guarantees that have been approved by CGCC. Coordinate and prepare relevant documents for submission and approval of all types of portfolio credit guarantee and wholesale credit guarantee schemes. Ensure that all credit guarantee applications comply with the terms and conditions of CGCC’s credit guarantee schemes. Monitor and prepare monthly credit guarantee progress reports and submit timely reports to management. Prepare and maintain all documents related to the assessment, review, and approval of portfolio credit guarantees and wholesale credit guarantees schemes in a secure and well-organized manner. Provide recommendations and solutions on the credit guarantee application process, as well as deliver training and share knowledge with PFIs to enhance their understanding of credit guarantee applications and compliance with credit guarantee terms and conditions. Establish and maintain close working relationships with PFIs and relevant CGCC departments to ensure smooth and highly efficient operations. Carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments assigned by management or when required by CGCC.
