Merchant Acquisition ● Identify and approach potential merchants (restaurants, cafes, local food vendors) ● Achieve monthly target of new merchant sign-ups ● Present EAST BUY value proposition and partnership benefits ● Negotiate commercial terms and agreements B. Merchant Onboarding ● Ensure merchants are fully onboarded into the system ● Upload menus, pricing, photos, and operational details ● Train merchants on how to use the EAST BUY merchant app ● Ensure 100% readiness before going live C. Merchant Activation & Performance ● Drive merchants to receive ● Monitor daily performance (orders, cancellations, preparation time) ● Support merchants to improve sales and operations ● Ensure menu quality and availability D. Relationship Management ● Maintain strong relationships with merchants ● Act as the main contact between merchant and EAST BUY ● Handle merchant issues, complaints, and feedback ● Conduct regular merchant visits E. Market & Competitor Analysis ● Track competitor activities (Grab, Foodpanda, WOWNOW, E-Get) ● Identify market trends and customer demand ● Suggest new merchant categories and opportunities F.
