Main responsibility Admin Officer is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, handling documents, organizing schedules, and ensuring the office runs smoothly every day. Reporting and authority Admin Officer is report to Senior Admin. Scope of work To help the administrative work in administering and monitoring all activities section to make sure the operation run smoothly and efficiently. To supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance. To mange agenda/travel arrangement/appointment etc. for upper management. To manage and effective use of the office’s supplies. Track stock of office supplies and place order when necessary. Efficiently manage stock control and the maintenance of all equipment. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Main responsibility The Inventory Accountant is responsible for recording all stock-in and stock-out transactions Reporting and authority The Inventory Accountant is report to Deputy Accounting Manager. Scope of work Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical materials in inventory. Monitor and record stock-in and stock-out transactions. Ensure accurate tracking of remaining inventory to support the preparation of material request orders. Perform regular inventory counts on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure stock accuracy. Prepare monthly closing stock statements and ensure all related documents are properly organized and maintained. Review and verify stock request forms for accuracy and completeness. Receive, prepare, and check reports related to material request orders. Ensure and verify that all contracts and invoices are accurate and properly documented​​​​​​​

Main responsibility Material Administrator is responsible for assisting the warehouse Team, both shipping and receiving, with administrative functions. Reporting and authority Material Administrator is reporting to Warehouse Manager. Scope of Work Provides support to Material Control Attendants, Supply Chain Coordinator, and Production Planner. Initiates purchase orders and amendments for parts, services, and/or special tools. Prepares tags for parts going to the paint shop. Track parts going to and coming from the sites. Maintains Shipping and Receiving paperwork. Maintains tracking spreadsheets. Enters new parts into the system. Assists warehouse team members as needed. Adheres to purchasing policies, processes, and procedures. Adheres to production control policies, processes, and procedures. Adheres to Warehouse and inventory control policies, processes, and procedures. Physical and digital file management including purging when directed. Assists with tracking and organizing parts transferring to sites/warehouse or from warehouse/sites. Performs other duties which may be required by the Warehouse Supervisor and/ or Warehouse Leads.
